Our CNC laser system features dual 6'×12' tables, allowing us to cut while loading for maximum efficiency. We cut up to 1½″ carbon steel, ¾″ aluminum, and stainless steel with tight tolerances and clean edges. Whether you're running a prototype or hundreds of repeat parts, we deliver fast, accurate cuts with minimal cleanup and lead time.

We operate a 265-ton press brake capable of bending steel up to 12 feet long. That kind of capacity gives us the flexibility to handle everything from lightweight panels to heavy structural components. Each bend is precise and repeatable, ensuring consistency across short runs and full production batches.

For rolled shapes, flanges, and curved parts, our roll-forming setup can handle up to ¼″ steel and widths up to 5 feet. It's an ideal solution for projects requiring curved profiles or forming beyond the limits of traditional press brakes. We maintain control over shape and angle without sacrificing strength or finish.

Our team includes certified MIG welders. From structural assemblies to tight-tolerance part welding, we bring skill and consistency to every joint. We also offer laser welding for precise, low-distortion work where clean seams and minimal heat effect are critical.

Our in-house design team uses AutoCAD and other drafting tools to prep parts for fabrication, optimize layouts, and troubleshoot issues before they hit the shop floor. For projects requiring deeper engineering input, we collaborate with trusted external firms—giving you the benefit of experienced fabrication insight and certified design verification.
